In Flexitive, you can easily create interactive designs. 


Interactive designs are created by linking two separate Flexitive designs using the click-through URL settings. One of the two designs will display initially, and with a user-initiated click, the second design will display.



How to Create an Interactive Design

To create an Interactive design; 

  • Create and Publish the two designs you’d like to use as part of the interactive design.
  • Edit the design that will be displayed first.
  • On the canvas, select the element you would like the user to interact with e.g CTA button. Open the Click-URL option on the left-side panel.
  • In the ‘Enter URL’ field paste the following: https://view.flexitive.com/X


  • Next, select the Exit Fullscreen button on the top right of your screen.


  • Navigate to the second design and click the Design ID to copy it.
  • Select the ‘Fullscreen’ button at the top right of your screen to re-open the first design.
  • In the ‘Enter URL’ replace the X at the end of the pasted URL with the design ID.
  • Next, under the ‘Open in’ options, select ‘same frame (_self).
  • Select OK.
  • Save and Preview your design.


Set a Click-Back to the First Design


An interactive design will display an initial design and once clicked, will display a second design. To add a click-back to the initial design, follow these steps. 

  • Copy the design ID of the first design
  • Open the second design
  • Select the element that should be clickable
  • Open the Click-Through option on the left-side panel
  • In the ‘Enter URL’ field paste https://view.flexitive.com/ followed by the design ID
  • Under the ‘Open in’ options, select ‘same frame (_self). 
  • Select OK. 
  • Save and Preview your design.
